Our six week course Certificate Program in Fitness Instruction and nutrition is a university-level program is recognized in the fitness industry as the above standard for education programs. The Personal Trainers Association personalized Academy is an intensive 6 weeks ($1200.00) , TWO certifications, Personal Trainer Certification and/or Nutrition Tech Certification,  with a curriculum divided among practical application training and Nutrition application discussions with a PROPTA Professional Athlete director or an IFBB professionals. 

• Classes are on the weekend only on Saturday afternoon starting at 3 pm till 7 pm.

The benefit of this study course is that you will have a chance to ask any question you may in a class atmosphere with the director, discussions can be related to a wide range of information, including:

Nutrition

• Proper eating, PH Levels, Energy and the body, Vitamins and Minerals, Classifications of Carbohydrates and Fats, the role of Protein and Amino Acids, Food application and calorie adjustment, and more.

Anatomy & Physiology

• Biomechanics and proper movement, muscle structure, skeletal structure, kinesiology, nervous and cardiovascular systems, muscle and enerby system, hormones and fuction, enzymes and growth, digestions and absorptions and more.
  

Practical Experience

• Introduction to the gym floor, proper spotting and technique, client evaluation, equiment versus free weight, hands-on training and application, senior citizen fitness, women fitness and more.

Business

• the key to success is know how to conduct business, recruite clients, proper technique and education and professionalism. That is part of the curriculum that PROPTA offers to all students.

You will obtain Two Certifications upon your graduation. Everything is included in the fee for your program.

You will be tested on both certifications course information covered in class and practical, no exceptions.

6 Weeks Academy Course

The course is divided in two sections, the first 3 weeks are strictly for Scientif Principles and Kenisiology and the second section of 3 weeks is strictly for Nutrition.

• The second 3 weeks start on November 6 -2010 at 3 pm (Nutrition Course).

Full Academy Fee is $1200.00 for the 2 certification courses.

Certifications & cards will be mailed to you upon graduation. All students must pass with an 90% score on all exams.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of Certification at completion of curriculum.

Payment Plan: $400.00 at first,  then every two weeks there after. No exceptions.
