Rob has been a Professional Personal Trainer for over twenty years.  He Graduated from Brigham Young University in 1980 with a BA.  He has held certifications in personal training from ISSA, NASM, 24 Hour Fitness and the PROPTA also known as the Personal Trainers Association, where he currently holds the title of Director and Master Trainer and an Approved Program Provider for Continuing education.

Having competed in many bodybuilding competitions, the placing of which he is most proud is second place in the California State Championships, Over-50 Men’s Category. This was achieved after a prolonged illness, hospitalization and surgery.  Ask him about it, he'll tell you the whole story.

Aside from being a very experienced trainer in the usual areas of weight loss, body shaping and athletic training, Rob also specializes in the area of training older individuals, having worked with clients even in their 80's. He has extensive training and has done his own research in the special training and nutrition needed by older adults.

He has also begun working with clients who have suffered brain injuries or who struggle with neuro-muscular diseases, using specialized neuro-muscular reeducation techniques.

As a Director and Examiner for the Personal Trainers Association, Rob certifies trainers in Personal training and nutrition, specializing in older adult and special populations. His education and knowledge is unsurpassed.

Rob offers CEUs credits for all personal trainers in practical application, nutrition and training and fitness for the older population. Rob is a approved program provider for the PROPTA.

He currently holds his teaching credentials from the PROPTA and the NBNE and a Master Level Professional Private Trainer, the highest level credential as a personal trainer and and educator.
