MATTHEW BYERTS " The Ultimate Body TV Show"
Matthew is 30 years old, originally from southeastern Pennsylvania and like most from his generation, he grew up with very little information about nutrition. In his early twenties, he decided that getting a little exercise here and there and just "being active" wasn't going to cut it. He initially began reading extensively about all sorts of diets and experimenting with them, combing them with various types of training. Matthew quickly discovered that he was passionate about health, training, and nutrition and decided that he should make a living sharing his passion and knowledge with others. He heard about PROPTA through a friend who is a bodybuilder, and the rest is history.
"The more I learn and apply to my own physique, the more I seek to learn." Matthew has been fortunate enough to work with many of Hollywood's elite, producers, directors, and celebrities (including Selma Blair from NBC's Kath and Kim).
"The Ultimate Body will be the best thing to happen to bodybuilding in 50 years. Bodybuilding is a sport that is terribly misunderstood. This show will enlighten viewers, as they'll discover the level of dedication and commitment it takes to prepare for a bodybuilding or fitness/figure competition. Focus is required 24 hours a day, even sleep is part of the equation. This is just one of the reasons why I believe bodybuilders are the hardest working athletes in the world today. I can't wait for The Ultimate Body!"
